Popis: Reflecting again on prostitution requires an initial positioning in which we speak of it as a phenomenon that, against what it claims to be, there is nothing natural in it. From here, this article has the objective of coming back on the debate to conclude that the abolitionist horizon, is not only not impossible, but it is the only way for the feminist claim. Starting from the fact that prostitution is not a natural institution, this article takes charge methodologically of the bibliographical discussion between the positions that link this phenomenon with trafficking and those that seek to separate it. And it contributes basically to the interpretation that the latter responds to the same logic that defends the legalization of the prostitution activity.
