Low-carbon optimal scheduling for hybrid wind/PV/storage microgrids considering GEC trading and carbon emission constraints

Popis: Under the “dual carbon” strategy aimed at further reducing carbon emissions and improving wind and PV power consumption, this study proposes a low-carbon optimal scheduling strategy for hybrid wind/PV/storage microgrids considering green electricity certificate (GEC) trading and carbon emission constraints. With the goal of minimizing the overall operational costs of the microgrid systems, the GEC trading scenario is considered along with constraints of microgrid operation. Moreover, the cost of carbon emissions is introduced. A low-carbon optimal scheduling model for hybrid wind/PV/storage microgrids considering GEC trading and carbon emission constraints is established. The model is simulated and solved using the YALMIP toolbox in MATLAB and the Gurobi optimizer respectively. The simulation results demonstrate that the model effectively minimizes both the economic costs and carbon emissions of the system, while taking into account environmental benefits. This provides an efficient approach for the low-carbon scheduling of microgrids.
