EFFICIENCY OF MULTIVITAMIN DRUGS FOR WOMEN WITH OBSTETRIC COMPLICATIONS RISK FACTORS

| Popis: | The aim of this work is to evaluate maternal and perinatal outcomes of pregnancy in the appointment of micronutrient support for preventive purpose. The authors retrospectively studied 337 women with risk factors and without them. Healthy pregnant women took multivitamins (82,53%) during 22,4 weeks on the average and women with risk factors (69,1%) on 3 weeks smaller. The frequency of complications during pregnancy did not differ significantly. Fetal hypotrophy observed in 3% and 8,8%. Significant differences in neonatal assessment scale (V. Apgar) were not revealed. Congenital anomalies of newborns did not determine. It is necessary to refuse a polypharmacy. The strategy of choice of these drugs should be based on the results of evidence-based medicine. |
