Aiming at the semi-active control problem of interconnected air suspension, an interconnected mode switching control strategy is designed based on the variation law of comprehensive indexes under different interconnected modes. Considering the parameter uncertainties in the process of model linearization, a semi-active control strategy of vehicle interconnected air suspension considering parameter uncertainties is proposed based on robust control theory. Based on BP neural network method, the mapping relationship between spring force and air spring volume is established, and the tracking of the spring force is realized. The numerical simulation of air suspension semi-active control system considering parameter uncertainties is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the semi-active control system. The simulation and real vehicle test results show that the proposed control strategy can not only improve the suspension performance and have strong robustness to parameter uncertainties. |
