Efficient utilization and intelligent allocation technology of mine water based on underground-surface and classification and quality

Popis: Due to the problems such as high reuse cost, uneven space-time distribution and low recycling utilization rate after mine water treatment, we explored the coupling change law of mine water quantity and quality in Dahaize Mining Area, through the analysis of mine water quantity balance and reuse water quality data. Big data computing and embedded system design are adopted to form the efficient underground-surface utilization approach and intelligent allocation technology of mine water in the mining area. The results show that the in-situ utilization rate of original mine water in Dahaize Mining Area is low, which is only 22.1% of the total mine drainage and the water is high turbidity and high hardness, which is characterized by uncoordinated distribution of water quantity and quality in time and space. Therefore, the balance map of mine water is reconstructed and the comprehensive utilization technology of mine water classification and quality classification are formed, which can increase the mine water reuse rate to 100%. At the same time, an intelligent allocation system with real-time monitoring, wireless transmission and big data storage is constructed, which provides a theoretical basis for efficient utilization and multi-objective collaborative intelligent control of mine water in coal mine area.
