Popis: | Plant growth regulators including Indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), Indole-3-butyric acid (IBA), 1-Napthalene acetic acid (NAA) and 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic (2,4-D) at different concentrations were used to induce adventitious rooting from the stem cuttings of Dog rose (Rosa caninaL.) or the in vitroshoot explants of red Velvet rose (Rosahydrida L.). Morphological and physiological changes in root formation were analyzed. The process ofthe adventitiousroot formation process in Rosa caninaL. included four stages: activation of cell division in the cambium, initiation of the meristematic region, the formation of root primordium and elongation of the root. 300 mg/L NAA was strongly stimulated adventitious root formation in the cutting of Rosa caninaL. In the root development of Rosa, especially in the root primordium stage, the respiration intensity and IAA contents were increased. The correlation of plant growth regulators, respiration intensity and adventitious root morphogenesis were discussed. The combination of IBA (0.5 mg/L) and IAA (0.5 mg/L) in ½ MS medium strongly induced root from the shoot explants of Rosa hydridaL. that is suitable for obtaining in vitrocompleteplants. |
