Popis:	Abstract Central nervous system tuberculosis (CNS‐TB) is one of the most devastating and life‐threatening conditions having high mortality and morbidity. Here, we report a 12‐year‐old child with pulmonary tuberculosis and pleural effusion presenting with ischemic stroke as an important manifestation of central nervous system tuberculosis.
