Popis: The knowledge in the organization is an economic, intangible resource that generates competitiveness to the companies. Thus it is necessary to understand it and measure it for its quality a value. In this research, an analysis of the main components is done in a scale which measures institutional knowledge practices through great relevance variables such as knowledge transfer, media and technologies, organizational culture and management by competences. Measurement is done by a Likert scale, with 446 workers of 7 big private companies form Bogotá City. It is achieved to structure a scale that shows the high index of reliability and validity of the construct
