Popis: This study presents a comprehensive performance evaluation system of the global navigation satellite system (GNSS) oriented to satellite navigation countermeasures, including evaluation models, detection methods, and an overall evaluation method. The obtained results can further meet the needs of manufacturers to improve critical defensive performance in production and design, and meet the demands of decision-makers to achieve optimal decision-making by expanding the defensive benefit for the GNSS during countering. Taking GNSS as the evaluation object, a performance index system is established around the composition of the GNSS and its performance evaluation principles, which solves the one-sidedness and imperfection of the existing index systems. Around the user-, satellite-, and control-end defensive capabilities, their evaluation models of performance indices corresponding to each capability and their detection methods, as well as an overall evaluation method, are proposed to realize performance evaluation and quantitative analysis. Finally, the influence law of each performance evaluation result on the corresponding capability under different damage situations is analyzed by case-based simulation and actual measurement. Therefore, the GNSS defensive performance can be improved by decreasing the jamming-to-signal ratio threshold, jamming success rate, SISRE, and UERE, try to decrease the difference between the results (PDOP availability and spatial signal continuity) in a secure situation and them in one damage situation, and increasing the tracking ability of ground stations and their communication anti-jamming ability.
