Popis: Extensive lysosomal damage can result in cell death but how limited protease leakage affects cytoplasmic organelles in viable cells is not well understood. Here the authors show that limited lysosomal damage leads to changes in the mitochondrial proteome and the modulation of macrophage immunometabolism.
