This study aims to identify the personal reason factors, image factors, and curriculum factors affecting decision-making for studying a master’s degree program in Business Administration (Chinese language course) in Thailand among Chinese students. The population studied comprised alumni and current students at the master’s degree level Business Administration Program (Chinese Language Course) at Panyapiwat Institute of Management. The sample size was 177 people using Krejcie and Morgan’s sample size calculation (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970:608-609) at a deviation of 0.05, which was used in a questionnaire to collect data. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, percentage, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis (MRA).The result of this study showed that 1) the personal reasons factors such as the interest in curriculum affect the decision making for study at Master of Business Administration (Chinese Program) in Thailand at the significant level of 0.05. 2)The university’s image factors, such as providing an exchange program with foreign countries and employment rate in the labor market after graduation, were at the significant level of 0.05. 3) The curriculum factors, such as the quality of the curriculum and the faculty teachers, were the reasons for choosing their particular university at a significant level of 0.05. |
