| Popis: | Despite the fact that research efforts in recent years have led to little or no increase in the number of transferable embryos after superovulation, the protocols that control the emergence of the follicular wave (Bo et al., 1995; 2002 ) and the time of ovulation (Baruselli et al., 2006; Bó et al., 2006) have allowed the treatment of groups of donors, whatever the stage of the estrous cycle in which they were and has allowed artificial insemination and the transfer of fixed-time embryos (FTAI and FTET, respectively), without the need to detect estrus. The purpose of this work is to review the attempts made for alternative treatments that improve the super-stimulatory response and the simplification of the superovulation protocols in cattle. |
