Masquerading solitary plasmacytoma; an eyelid lump in disguise

Popis:	Solitary plasmacytoma is a rare orbital lesion, most commonly appearing in patients with multiple myeloma. We report a case of a 75-year-old woman who presented with a left upper eyelid lesion, initially misdiagnosed and treated as a chalazion. Histopathological testing revealed plasmacytoma originating from the frontal sinus. This case demonstrates a rare presentation for this malignancy.
