Popis:	We report 4 cases of prolymphocytic leukemia (PLL) resistant to conventional chemotherapy that were treated with pentostatin. We obtained 1 complete remission (CR) and 2 partial remissions (PR). Our data confirm the effectiveness of this drug in the treatment of prolymphocytic leukemia.
