Popis: Newly graduated doctors must be able to solve a limited number of patient-specific problems in an adequate manner. The patient is at the centre of attention here, not the doctor. Accepting religious beliefs and cultural differences as an excuse for not learning something would mean that other excuses would also be accepted more readily, thus changing the primary goals of the medical curriculum.
