Popis:	Many of the common molecular alterations associated with prostate cancer progression involve genes known to regulate cell death susceptibility. The significance of these molecular events is discussed in the context of developing and implementing new strategies designed to restore cell death susceptibility in prostate cancer cells and overcome therapeutic resistance.
