Mesenchymal hamartoma: radiological differentiation from other possible liver tumors in childhood

Popis:	We report a case of hepatic mesenchymal hamartoma in a young boy. The clinically huge abdominal mass was demonstrated on ultrasound and computed tomography as a cystic, minimally vascularized tumor, attached to the liver. The mass was surgically removed.
