Popis:	Intestinal Clostridium difficile infections are treated successfully with antibiotics. Relapses can be a problem. We describe a patient who suffered seven relapses after treatment with all the medicaments reported to be efficacious. She was cured only after treatment with faeces administered by duodenal tube.
