Popis: | Reactive oxygen species (ROS) play an important role in cellular (patho)physiology. Empirical evidence suggests that mitochondria are an important source of ROS, especially under pathological conditions. Here, we describe a method for ROS measurement using dihydroethidium (HEt) and live-cell microscopy. |
