[About surgical treatment of mucous membrane of mouth floor and tongue cancer]

Popis:	In the department of head and neck tumors of Rostov Research Oncological Institute the operation on advanced mouth floor and tongue cancer is proposed comprising removement of the regional lymph nodes and resection of the tongue and mouth floor. 30 patients were operated by the suggested technique with restoration of the functions of swallowing, nutrition and speech in postoperative period in all cases. 3-year recurrence-free survival made up 28.4+/-8.2%.
