| Popis: | Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) was administered to a 25-year-old woman with major depression with psychotic features who had undergone a left temporal lobectomy for medically intractable partial epilepsy 1 year earlier. Her depressive illness responded to ECT without ill effects to her seizure disorder. |
