| Popis: | We report the case of an elderly man in whom a small squamous cell carcinoma was discovered by chance during fibroscopy performed for another reason. A control endoscopy performed 4 years later gave perfectly normal results, although this patient had not received any treatment. Up to now, only 3 other cases of proven spontaneous regression of squamous cell bronchial carcinoma have been published. |
