Dr. İsmail KARAÇALI Bu araştırmada büyük tüketim merkezlerinden birisi olan Ankara İlinde mevcut soğuk haya depoları incelenmiş, bu depolarda muhafaza edilen yaş meyve ve sebze tür ve çeşitle ri saptanarak bunların nasıl bir sistem içinde depolandığı, bu sistemde ne gibi sorunlarla karşılaşıldığı/ depolama ka pasitesinin yeterli olup olmadığı tespit edilmeye çalışılmış ve bununla ilgili öneriler getirilmiştir. There has been an attempt to determine the Fresh fruit and vegetables Kinds and varieties which are stored in these stores, in what sart of system these were stared, what Kind of problems were met in those systems, and whet her the capacity of cold stcres were sufficient or not.
