| Popis: | Dodatak specijaliziranih koprocesora za ubrzanje specifičnih računskih zadataka predstavlja učinkovit način poboljšanja performansi. Proučen je i opisan Peripheral Component Interconnect Express – PCIe sabirnički standard. Razmotreni su zahtjevi i mogućnosti povezivanja koprocesorskih PCIe kartica u heterogeni računalni sustav. Opisana je programska podrška za razvojni sustav SI-C667xDSP za upravljanje iz Windows operacijskog sustava. Ispitan je rad sustava za različite konfiguracije komunikacije te su prikazani rezultati mjerenja. The addition of specialized coprocessors to speed up specific computational tasks is an effective way to improve performance. The Peripheral Component Interconnect Express - PCIe bus standard has been studied and described. The requirements and possibilities of connecting coprocessor PCIe cards to a heterogeneous computer system were considered in this study. The software for the SI-C667xDSP development system for management from the Windows operating system is described. The operation of the system for different communication configurations was examined and the measurement results were presented. |
