Nogomet pripada grupi polistrukturalnih acikličnih aktivnosti vrlo velike kompleksnosti. U današnje vrijeme nogometaši su izloženi sve višim zahtjevima treninga, utakmica, kako klupskih tako i reprezentativnih. Broj utakmica tjekom sezone je povećan, uz to ekipe većinu vremena provode na putovanjima. Vrijeme između natjecanja i treninga je smanjeno te je vrlo značajno da se nogometaš u tom vremenu oporavi i bude spreman na visoke zahtjeve treninga i nogometne utakmice. Cilj ovog rada jeobjasniti principe i zakonitosti završnog dijela treninga nogometaša. Isto tako u radu će biti izneseni mogući sadržaji za primjenu u navedenom dijelu treninga, kao i dobrobiti pojedinih vježbi. Football belongs to the group of multi – structural non – cycling activities, which have great complexity. In this time football – players are involved in the bigger and bigger demands of training, matches in clubs and selections. Number of football matches during the season is increasing, teams most of time spends on trips. Time between matches is reducing and it’s very important that football – players in that time recover and prepared for high demand of football training and matches. The aim of this work is explain and show principles of the final part of soccer training. Equally, in this work I will present possible content for this part of training, and potential benefits of exercises. |
