In this paper we attempt to prove that organizational culture influences a company’s value. Despite this fact it is not included in the commonly used valuation methods. The company’s organizational culture is not the same with its reputation. In the conditions of economic transformation and high unemployment it can contribute to lowering the value of a company resulting from the break of law. The study presents such cases. The paper postulates to amend methods of company valuation by another element – organizational culture. |
