Popis: Предложен анализ опыта использования конкурсных мероприятий в качестве инструмента коммеморативных практик для патриотического воспитания детей и молодежи и формирования их гражданской идентичности. На примере контент-анализа эссе, представленных на конкурс творческих работ "Подвиг учителя в годы Великой Отечественной войны", показано, что постижение в конкурсной форме детьми и молодежью общечеловеческих ценностей и причин поступков людей способствует повышению эффективности сохранения исторической памяти и патриотического воспитания подрастающего поколения. The article is devoted to the analysis of the experience of using competitive events as a tool of commemorative practices for the patriotic education of children and youth and the formation of their civic identity. Using the example of content analysis of essays submitted to the competition of creative works "The feat of a teacher during the Great Patriotic War", it is shown that the comprehension of universal values and reasons for human actions in a competitive form by children and young people contributes to an increase in the effectiveness of preserving historical memory and patriotic education of the younger generation.
