В статье рассматриваются стратегические коммуникации, способствующие минимизации рисков, с которыми сталкиваются студенты с ограниченными возможностями здоровья в системе непрерывного образования. In this article, the authors raise the issue of strategic communications that help minimize the risks which people with disabilities may face in the system of continuing education at its various levels. Strategic communications are interpreted by the authors as prospect-oriented communication interaction with a wide range of social institutions and social groups that are directly or indirectly related to the education and further social activities of persons with disabilities. |
