| Popis: | This research aims to explain whether the application of the principle of opportunity affects the solution of conflict over the offenses of omission family care from parents to children in the first and second provincial criminal prosecution district Trujillo. The 2796 population was between persons and cases and the sample was 306 cases among people and who have applied measurement instruments. The procedure used was the statistic that gives us, beginning with the construction of tables, constructing graphs, percentages determination and application of the statistical test for comparison of proportions to test the research hypotheses. It was determined that 100% of prosecutors indicate that definitely influence whether the principle of opportunity in solving conflicts, 89.5% of lawyers indicate that definitely influence whether the principle of opportunity in conflict resolution and 71% of cases if there is definitely opportunity principle influence in resolving disputes over the offenses of omission to family assistance through families, finally determining that there is significant difference between the ratios obtained in the final if not implementing the principle of chance (p |
