| Popis: | Maģistra darba “Izaicinājumi sociālās uzņēmējdarbības attīstībai Latvijā” mērķis ir noskaidrot, kas kavē sociālās uzņēmējdarbības attīstību Latvijā, un kādi ir ar sociālā uzņēmuma izveidi un vadīšanu, kā arī statusa iegūšanu un saglabāšanu saistītie izaicinājumi. Darba teorētiskajā daļā aplūkots sociālā uzņēmuma jēdziena saturs Latvijas tiesiskā regulējuma izpratnē, raksturota sociālās uzņēmējdarbības izcelsme no uzņēmējdarbības perspektīvas, kā arī tās nepieciešamība un universāli teorijā balstītie šķēršļi tās attīstībai. Darbā izmatota jaukto metožu pētījuma stratēģija - veiktas 11 padziļinātās daļēji strukturētās intervijas ar dažādām sociālajā uzņēmējdarbībā iesaistītajām pusēm, kā arī veikta Sociālo uzņēmumu reģistrā esošo sociālo uzņēmumu pārstāvju anketēšana. Empīriskajā pētījumā noskaidrots, ka sociālās uzņēmējdarbības attīstību Latvijā, galvenokārt, kavē valsts atbalsta un sadarbības iespēju trūkums, neskaidrības attiecībā uz sociālās ietekmes mērīšanu, sabiedrības izpratnes trūkums, kā arī ekonomiskā situācija valstī, kas ietekmē sabiedrības vērtības. The aim of Master’s thesis ‘Challenges for the Development of Social Entrepreneurship in Latvia’ is to identify the problems that hinder the development of social entrepreneurship in Latvia and to identify the challenges related to establishing and managing a social enterprise, as well as acquiring and maintaining the status of a social enterprise. In the theoretical part of the research, interpretation of the term ‘social enterprise’ is given in the context of Latvian legislation, the emergence of social entrepreneurship from business perspective is described, as well as the need for social entrepreneurship and universal theory-based obstacles for its development. In the empirical part of the research the strategy of mixed methods is used by carrying out 11 partly structured in-depth interviews with different stakeholders and by surveying representatives of social enterprises registered in Social Enterprise Register. The findings indicate that the development of social entrepreneurship in Latvia is mainly hindered by lack of state support and cooperation opportunities, uncertainties regarding social impact measurement, lack of public awareness, as well as the economic situation in the country, which affects the values of society. |
