| Popis: | My diploma thesis focuses on the active role of a child in the process of decision-making about custodial care and its conditions. This thesis describes what is known as Cochem's model, how this model treats a child's participation and how a child uses that participation when its family is going through divorce. Cochem's model is based on interdisciplinary collaboration, which is also mentioned. There are also particular cases from real life supported by views from a psychologic point of view. |
