The bachelors thesis deals with the analysis of employee benefits in connection with the motivation and human resource management in selected company and also with the suggestion for future changes. The practical part describes the particular organization and currently offered benefits. Subsequently the own research, conducted through questionnaires and uncontrolled in terview with a personnel of the company has been carried out. The acquired data then served to present the results and later the suggestions for improving the current system leading to higher satisfaction of employees have been made. |
