The bachelor thesis deals with the development of changes in the riverbed of the Morava river and surrounding areas in the city of Olomouc. It defines the river environment, the river and watercourse adjustments in urban areas. Furthermore, it describes various features of the selected area. These include its biogeographical description, history, localization of the area, demographic aspects and the river basin of the Morava river in Olomouc. The interpretation of the results is based on the comparison of a historical and modern map support, which is supported by contemporary photographs. |
