Popis: V današnjih časih vse več svojega časa preživimo v službah z ljudmi, ki si jih nismo sami izbrali, zato je zelo pomembno, kakšno je naše počutje med njimi in seveda na delovnem mestu. Na počutje oziroma zadovoljstvo na delovnem mestu vplivajo številni dejavniki, kot so delovne razmere, možnost izobraževanja in napredovanja, plača ter medsebojni odnosi med sodelavci in nadrejenimi. Slednji so za zadovoljstvo vsakega zaposlenega ključnega pomena. To, da preživimo osem ali več ur na dan v službi z ljudmi, s katerimi nimamo dobrih odnosov, lahko vodi do nezadovoljstva med zaposlenimi. Nezadovoljen delavec ni dober delavec, saj vpliva negativno tako na podjetje kot tudi na druge zaposlene. V diplomskem delu nas je zanimalo, kakšni so medsebojni odnosi in zadovoljstvo pri delu zaposlenih v podjetju Zavarovalnice Maribor, zato smo s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika naredili raziskavo med njimi. Analiza je pokazala, da so zaposleni v Zavarovalnici Maribor nadpovprečno zadovoljni tako z medsebojnimi odnosi kot tudi z delom, ki ga opravljajo. Today’s world demands us to dedicate ever more time to people we work with even though the decision of who we work with was not ours. Therefore it is of great importance that we find a way to feel comfortable amongst our co-workers and at doing our jobs. The factors that affect our well-being and gratification at work are the following: working conditions, additional training and promotion, salary, and inter-relations amongst employees and their superiors. The latter play a key role in defining the gratification of each and every employee. If one has no other choice but to spend their whole working day, i.e. eight to nine hours, with people they are not on the best of terms with, then this surely leads to discontent. Discontent employees cannot be good employees because their negativity affects not only their co-workers but the company they are working for as well. The diploma thesis discusses what the inter-relations and gratification amongst employees of Zavarovalnica Maribor are like. A research was conducted amongst them for the purposes of this thesis using a questionnaire. The analysis showed that the employees of Zavarovalnica Maribor are well-content with the quality of inter-relations they have with other co-workers as well as with the work they do.
