Popis:	According to article 39 of Japan's present immigration control and refugee recognition act, it stipulates that immigration control officer may detain the suspect pursuant to a written detention order issued by a supervising immigration inspector of the office to which the immigration control officer belongs upon request by the immigration control officer.
