Due to the diversification currently taking place in society, various types of technical knowledge and skills are now required of childcare workers. The government and other organizations also appear to be giving this matter careful consideration, implementing it in various training settings. This study examines what troubles on-site childcare workers and what they wish to review and considers the roles of future nursery teacher training school. The authors conducted a questionnaire survey over four years, beginning in 2016, into childcare workersʼ troubles and their desires for training contents. This paper comprehensively covers the survey results by year, describing trends that cannot be judged from a single-year survey alone and clarifying changes that have taken place over the four-year period. |
