The purpose of this study is to clarify the characteristics of residents who prefer semiopen kitchen. We conducted a survey among residents at condominium units in November 1992. It can be found that the positive dietary life groups (Type I and Type II) prefer semiopen kitchen. Type I has positiveness to dietary life and receiving guests. Type II has positiveness to cooking for thier families. And these two groups spend more time for thier cooking and supper than the other groups. |
