| Popis: | 低ナトリウム（Na）血症は，小児，成人を問わず最も頻度の高い電解質異常であり，重篤な神経学的障害を起こしうる病態である．本稿では小児の低Na 血症の病態や予防，治療をめぐりこれまでに行われてきた議論の歴史的な経緯，そして小児の低Na 血症へ対応をするうえで，今後検討すべき新たな問題点や課題について述べた． Hyponatremia is the most common electrolyte imbalance in children and adults and is a condition that can cause serious neurological disorders. In this review, we described the historical background of the debate over the pathophysiology and prevention/treatment of hyponatremia, and the issues to be considered in the future regarding the clinical practice of hyponatremia in children. |
