Popis: Single sheet tester(SST) is the one of the effective method to measure the magnetic properties of electrical steel sheet. When the magnetic property is measured using SST, the single-sheet-shaped core is simply sandwiched by the detachable magnetizing core. Therefore, to measure the magnetic property of other sheets, it’s easy to replace the single-sheet. Also, the H-coil method, which can neglect the effect of iron loss in the magnetizing yoke, is applied to the direct measurement of magnetic field. The measurement of magnetic property is performed by automatic control. It is operated by the control software for each measuring instrument, and it is operated with minimal human interference. In this paper, by adopting LabVIEW of NI Co., which has a special function in instrument control, the measurement conditions were flexibly changed for this control software with much convenience. Furthermore, to build the practical measurement system, the waveform control technique supported by LabVIEW is implemented to the measurement system. In addition, to build an automatic measurement system from low magnetic flux density to high magnetic flux density. As a result, it can be seen that the magnetic hysteresis phenomena with high accuracy can be measured by our measurement system in a short time.
