Popis: | 著者らが作成した健康度の自己チェック尺度Charm-Checkを用い,女子学生273名の日常生活習慣と健康度評価を実施した。本研究は,日常生活習慣と健康度の関連を検討することを目的とした。以下の結果を得た。1.精神的または身体的疲労者62名,精神的・身体的疲労者153名,心身の調子がよい者58名であった。2.精神的健康度に影響を及ぼす生活習慣は,「毎朝,朝食摂取」,「毎日楽しく過ごす」,「1日3食摂取」,そして「間食を摂る」,「十分な睡眠時間」であった。3.身体的健康度に影響を及ぼす生活習慣は,「毎朝,朝食摂取」,「スポーツをするのが好き」,「1日3食摂取」であった。 We tried to grasp the relationship between life-style and health status of 273 woman students using a self checking measure "Charm-Check" which the authors created. The results were the following : 1. Sixty-two students were in the group "mental or physical fatigue," 153 "mental and physical fatigue," and 58 "good health." 2. Mental health influenced by life-style was "regularly eating breakfast," "satisfied with their lives," "regularly eating meals a day," "eating a snack between meals" and "having a good sleep" 3.
