This study explored the relation between the health and exercise habits of the elderly by focusing on elderly people’s exercise habits, physical activities, and medical histories. This study analyzed The Physical Activity Scale for the Elderly (PASE) scores, subjective health level, medical history, exercise experience, and frequency of exercise of 70 elderly persons (15 men, 55 women). The results showed that people with longer physical experience and higher frequency of exercise were more physically active and had a smaller medical history, and that people with a smaller medical history had a higher subjective health level. |
