Popis: This paper uses network analysis to understand the annual injury and anxiety situation of domestic female rugby players during the COVID19 pandemic (2020–2021). Many injuries have been reported in female athletes, but the cause of play occurs not only during physical contact by tackles but also during running without physical contact. Head injuries were also reported in boys as well. Some athletes compete while continuing long-term treatment for knees and ankles. As for the repeated injuries throughout the year, it is reported that about 40% of athletes who are injured once again are injured a second time, and about 40% of athletes who are injured twice are injured for the third time. Network analysis revealed structures with multiple chronic symptoms (head, shoulders, knees, ankles). The structure in which multiple parts are injured in a single play and the structure in which the same part is repeatedly injured in one year are clarified. Some athletes have suffered concussions after knee injuries. As a negative injury chain structure, it has been discussed that physical safety management techniques for protecting the head are inferior due to insufficient recovery of knee function.
