Popis:	The authors present an extended version of Clark's and Ariens's classical theory that enables the interpretion and quantitative characterization of dose-response curves which are not in accordance with classical theory. Being supported by the chemical receptor theory, the new model expands its applicability to two or multi-receptor and multi-effect systems. Mathematical interpretation of the model is given in this paper.
