| Popis: | A non-syndromatic, 4.2 kg male newborn was admitted to the hospital at 24 h of age because of grunting and pale colour. Suspecting cardiogenic shock, prostaglandin infusion was initiated with prompt improvement of the clinical condition. Echocardiography revealed a complex congenital heart disease.
