Popis: The research firmament is not lacking studies on low income housing. Most studies utilize a top to bottom approach in the sense that the problem identification is from the point of view or the research interests of the researcher. These issues emanate from researchers understanding and perception of a practical problem. A research agenda that focus on issues from the point of view of low income people as revealed in their housing production practice is proposed. This is to ensure that the knowledge contribution of low income research impact on low income housing policy and practice.2398-4295 © 2016. The Authors.
