Popis:	Idiopathic myointimal hyperplasia of the mesenteric veins (IMHMV) is an uncommon cause of intestinal ischemia. It was firstly described by Genta and Haggit in 1991. Only a few cases have been reported and it is difficult to know the true incidence.
