| Popis: | We have described a 22-year-old woman who manifested clinical seizures after treatment with lithium carbonate was initiated. Serial electroencephalograms showed both nonspecific activation and activation of an epileptiform discharge with serum levels of lithium carbonate maintained within the therapeutic range. |
