Popis:	“ Classical ” probability distributions are an essential building block for optimum managerial decision-making and for the study of statistics. Theoretical distributions are also used when data is scarce but the decision maker has an expert knowledge of the underlying random process. The Uniform, Bernoulli, Binomial, Poisson, and Normal distributions are introduced in this chapter. Decision trees and simulation are presented to demonstrate the use of these probability distributions.
