| Popis: | The effect of chlorpropamide upon the polyuria of diabetes insipidus was studied in nine patients. In seven patients suffering from the idiopathic type a normal or almost normal diuresis, not exceeding two liters, has been obtained. In the nephrogenic type chlorpropamide had no effect upon the polyuria. In the polyuric phase after hypophysectomy a striking effect was seen. |
