Popis: | The direct CP-violations in $SU(2)_{L}\times SU(2)_{R} \times U(1)$ model and two-Higgs doublet extension of the standard model for $b \to d\gamma$ and $b \to s\gamma$ decays are investigated. The calculated value of CP-asymmetry for these two models and for $b \to d\gamma$ and $b \to s\gamma$ decays for the wide range of parameters may exceed the value, predicted by the standard model and has a sign opposite to that of the latter.
